As an SAP channel partner, cormeta ag has been developing and selling its very own, practically tested SAP Business All-In-One solutions for the technical (wholesale) trade, the automotive parts and tire trade, the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry since 1995. We also offer SAP / ERP users solutions for integrated credit management. The solutions, which can be integrated seamlessly, help with debtor qualification through credit reporting agencies, management of credit insurance, management of sold receivables, handling of collection procedures and reliable risk management.

All of our integrated solutions and our innovative products, plus our extensive range of services, are specifically geared towards the requirements of small and medium-sized customers. Being strategy and technology specialists, we also offer our small and medium-sized customers comprehensive product know-how in the SAP portfolio – from business analytics and business intelligence (BI / BW), over product lifecycle management (PLM), mobile solutions based on SAP standards and in-memory technologies (SAP S/4HANA), to extended warehouse management (EWM) and cloud applications. 

Our top-class service and support offerings make us an SAP Partner Center of Expertise. To ensure our high quality standards for both our customers and ourselves, we are also DIN EN ISO 9001:2008-certified. Our strong team comprises more than 100 employees in total who live and breathe our high service and quality standards for and with our customers at our head office in Ettlingen and at our subsidiaries in Hamburg, Berlin and Düsseldorf – day in, day out.

On this basis, we at cormeta develop and sell integrated ERP solutions to small and medium-sized customers. In so doing, we pursue the principle of giving our customers comprehensive and individual advice. We implement our software solutions according to individual customer requirements – all the while observing the specified time schedule and budget and providing long-term support.

To offer our customers the very best, we consistently optimize our own business processes on the condition that we remain as close to the standards as possible. That way, we guarantee transparent project controlling with calculable introductory and follow-up costs for our customers. 

History

Follow cormeta ag’s development

cormeta ag is a subsidiary of command ag and has traded on the market as an independent company since 2005. A partnership with SAP has existed since 1995.

In the 2016/17 financial year, cormeta ag recorded a turnover of €20.6 million. A total of 110 employees made up the cormeta team at the head office in Ettlingen and at the subsidiaries in Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Berlin.

Soa People acquires a controlling interest at cormeta ag. SOA People is a leading European SAP Platinum partner who so far exists in Belgium (Headquarter), France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. With this acquisition SOA People proceeds its strategy of European expansion.

In the 2015/16 financial year, cormeta ag recorded a turnover of €20.1 million. A total of 103 employees made up the cormeta team at the head office in Ettlingen and at the subsidiaries in Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Berlin. The capital stock amounted to €1 million.

In the 2014/15 financial year, cormeta ag recorded a turnover of €18.7 million. A total of 100 employees made up the strong cormeta team at the head office in Ettlingen and at the subsidiaries in Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Berlin. The capital stock amounted to €1 million. 

In the 2013/14 financial year, cormeta ag generated a turnover of €15.6 million. A total of 98 members of staff were employed at the head office in Ettlingen and at the subsidiaries in Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Berlin. The capital stock amounted to €1 million.

In the 2012/13 financial year, cormeta ag generated a turnover of €19.1 million. A total of 94 members of staff were employed at the head office in Ettlingen and at the subsidiaries in Hamburg, Berlin and Düsseldorf. The capital stock amounted to €1 million.

In the 2011/12 financial year, cormeta ag’s turnover amounted to €15.5 million*. A total of 90 members of staff* were employed. *The Utilities division in the affiliate company cortility gmbh was hived off in September 2011.

In the 2010/11 financial year, cormeta ag generated a turnover of €18.3 million. A total of 108 members of staff were employed at the company’s head office in Ettlingen and at the subsidiaries in Hamburg and Berlin. The capital stock amounted to €1 million.

SAP Extended Business Program (EBM) partnership with Clientis AG, based in Freising, with a view to generating sales of FASHIONsprint, a cormeta sector-specific solution, in the textile industry.

In the 2009/10 financial year, cormeta ag recorded a turnover of €16.3 million. 103 members of staff were now part of the employee base at the company’s headquarters in Ettlingen and at the subsidiaries in Hamburg and Berlin. The capital stock amounted to €1 million.

Increase in capital stock: cormeta ag increased its capital stock by €200,000 to €1 million by way of a resolution passed in its annual general meeting.

In the 2008/09 financial year, cormeta ag increased its turnover to €19.2 million. The company employed a total of 103 members of staff at its head office in Ettlingen and at its subsidiaries in Hamburg and Berlin. The capital stock amounted to €0.8 million.

The capital stock was increased by €300,000 to €0.8 million by way of a resolution passed in the annual general meeting.

Stake in netCCS GmbH: cormeta acquired 25.2% of the shares in netCCS GmbH. netCCS specialized in the integration of SCHUFA services in SAP and ERP systems. A credit check portal was also run based on data from different credit reporting agencies.

In the 2007/08 financial year, cormeta ag’s turnover increased by €3.7 million to €18.4 million. The cormeta team at the company’s head office in Ettlingen and at its subsidiaries in Hamburg and Berlin was made up of 103 employees in total. The capital stock amounted to €0.5 million.

The capital stock was increased by €200,000 to €0.5 million by way of a resolution passed in the annual general meeting.

In the 2006/07 financial year, cormeta ag posted a turnover of €14.7 million and employed a total of 94 members of staff at its head office in Ettlingen and at its subsidiaries in Hamburg and Berlin. The capital stock amounted to €0.3 million.

In the 2005/06 financial year, cormeta ag generated a turnover of €12.2 million. In Ettlingen, the company’s head office, and in the Berlin, Düsseldorf and Hamburg subsidiaries, cormeta employed a team made up of 85 members of staff. The capital stock amounted to €0.3 million.
